Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of cosmetics and skincare, and in accordance with official health guidelines, Glow Room cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unsealed products.

Extraordinary Exceptions:

  • Incorrect item received (mismatched with invoice).
  • Physical damage discovered upon delivery.
  • Item is returned 100% sealed and in original condition within 7 days.
